The annual Mother's Day Buffet at McCarthy's Red Stag Pub has become a tradition with many of their patrons. I like to use it as an opportunity to celebrate the arrival of Spring along with all of the Mum's out there.

After years of petitioning for a Doctor Who themed Christmas party at McCarthy's, I finally got my wish in 2016! It was awesome... All elements of the decorations were related to Christmas episodes of Doctor Who. The bar became a newspaper stand, the Christmas tree a Dalek, and guests were encouraged to dress in Doctor Who Cosplay.

Poster and promotional pieces to advertise the Cinco de Mayo ("McMayo") party at McCarthy's Red Stag Pub and Whiskey Bar in Bethlehem, PA. Combined Mexican and Irish imagery to create a unique character and coined the "Cinco de McMayo" title.

The Viking themed dinner that never happened...

An interactive history presentation discussing beer and brewing in the United Kingdom during the 8th - 11th centuries, presented by beer historian and master brewer, Christopher Bowen.
Tastings of authentic brews made by Viking methods, and a King's Table Banquet featuring goose, smoked fish, turkey, rack of lamb, roasted vegetables, and traditional breads.

For the lighthearted posters and other materials, I went and created a crazy band of marauding McCarthy's Vikings in their very own dragon boat.

8TH ANNUAL BETHLEHEM HARVEST FESTIVAL

CLIENT: DOWNTOWN BETHLEHEM ASSOCIATION • BETHLEHEM, PA
BRIEF: Create engaging promotional pieces to advertise the 2013 Bethlehem Harvest Festival, and informational and ticketing materials for the festival goers.
Created passports (tickets) for Soup, Wine, and Beer Trails, with the Beer Tickets being actual tickets on a sheet. Created a tri-fold brochure with festival map, vendors, featured beers, and sponsor logos. Created festival signage and T-shirts for volunteers and for sale to the general public. The project was completed on a tight deadline and under budget.
